本研究旨在探討國民小學校長轉型領導雙焦點與兼任行政教師組織公民行為與工作投入等組織行為表現之現況、相互關係及影響差異。係以台中市、彰化縣、南投縣之公立國小兼任行政教師為調查對象,以結構式網路問卷蒐集樣本。符合問卷填答人數801人,回收可用問卷577份,回收率72%。資料分析採描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數、驗證性因素分析、皮爾森基差相關以及結構方程模式檢定等統計方法。主要研究發現:1.兼任行政教師知覺校長轉型領導,與其組織公民行為與工作投入之現況達中上程度。2.不同背景變項之兼任行政教師所知覺校長轉型領導及其組織公民行為與工作投入,部分有差異存在。3.校長轉型領導行為與兼任行政教師之組織公民行為與工作投入之間有正相關。4.校長轉型領導雙焦點取向對兼任行政教師組織行為表現的影響有差異。根據研究發現,研究者分別針對學校行政及未來研究提出若干具體建議,作為參考。
This study aimed to explore the dual-focused effect of principal,s transformational leadership on concurrently administrative teachers, organizational behavior. To be more precise, this study focus on the different extents of perception among concurrently administrative teachers, and how the perception influences concurrently administrative teachers, organizational behavior and their relationship with principal,s transformational leadership. The subjects in the study were formal teachers working as section chiefs and office directors. Collect samples with structured web questionnaire. A total of 801 copies of questionnaires were issued and 577 of them were valid. The response rate was 72%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Pearson product-moment correlation, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. Generally, the influence of elementary school concurrently administrative teachers, perception about principal,s transformational leadership, their organizational citizenship behavior and work engagement was above average. 2. Different personal backgrounds of elementary school concurrently administrative teachers did influence their perception about principal,s transformational leadership, their organizational citizenship behavior and work engagement. 3. Elementary school concurrently administrative teachers, perception about principal,s transformational leadership with organizational citizenship behavior, and with work engagement were positively correlated. 4. The dual-focused effect of principal,s transformational leadership on concurrently administrative teachers, organizational behavior were different.
