題名:幼兒園教師勇氣的測量及其與主觀幸福感之相關研究

本研究旨在探討幼兒園教師勇氣的測量模式以及幼兒園教師勇氣與其主觀幸福感之間的潛在關聯。研究者採用問卷調查法,以臺南、高雄、屏東地區414名幼兒園教師為受試者,透過勇氣量表、主觀幸福感量表來蒐集實證資料。問卷調查所得實證資料透過驗證性因素分析和結構方程模式進行資料處理,分析結果顯示包含個人勇氣、社會道德勇氣兩個高階因素的勇氣二階因素測量模式,整體模式適配度良好。同時,效度分析發現,幼兒園教師勇氣測量模式具有良好的聚歛效度及區別效度。而且幼兒園教師勇氣和主觀幸福感之間具有顯著正向關聯。根據研究發現,研究者對幼兒園教師勇氣的提升以及未來研究提出建議。
The main purposes of this study were to develop a theory-based measure of courage, and explore potential association between courage and subject well-being of preschool teachers. A sample of 414 preschool teachers from Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung completed self-report measures of courage and subject well-being. The obtained data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Statistical analysis yielded the following results. First, second-order factor measurement model of courage performed adequate goodness of fit. Second, Further analysis suggested that the courage measurement model have good convergent validity and discriminate validity. Third, there was significantly positive correlation between preschool teachers’ courage and subject well-being. Based on those results, implication for promotion of preschool teachers’ courage was discussed. And suggestions for future study were provided in this study.
