Elderly people have a higher educational level and economic capacity than those before. As a result, they care about health and quality of life as well. Playing toys is one way to delay the degradation of physiological and psychological functions of elders. Healing products help people to put themselves together and not to feel lonely. The purpose of the study was to explore the experience of playing life-like healing products of elders. A questionnaire survey was conducted on elderly people aged 65 and over in Taipei; 100 questionnaires were distributed and the response rate was 100%. Results showed that: elderly people focused most on the style and color of healing products.Compared to men, women tended to find the life-like healing products interesting and novel. Three conclusions and recommendations are proposed as follows: First, the appearance of animals and plants can be applied on the design of life-like healing products. Second,stories can be integrated into the product to help to arouse the user's feelings of the product. Last, the universal design concept is recommended to apply on the design process so that the use of healing products for elderly people would be easier.
