Liu Xi Zai in late Qing dynasty was considered a master in classical literature because of its incisive criticism in Yi Gai. He even expected himself as a culture deliverer. Liu showed this beliefs in his fable collection Wu Yai Zi while modern thinking from the western countries invaded and the traditional values collasped. The study aims to examine Liu Xi Zai's reflection on traditional culture with his imitation writing.
