題名:增進職前教師理論與實踐整合的師資培育課程--以教師社會學課程設計為例

     本研究旨在探討「教育理論與實踐整合」之師資培育課程的理論基礎與教學設計,並以「教師社會學」為例,提出可據以實踐的課程設計。本研究根據之理論探討,提出三項結論供設計「教師社會學」一課程之參考:1. 以「教學知識基礎的師資培育理論」、「建構論的師資培育理論」、「反省取向的師資培育理論」、「批判理論的師資培育理論」、「女性主義的師資培育理論」為基礎,參考各師資培育理論之核心概念,如「以學習者中心」、「著重省思」、「注重建構或歷程」、及「強調推理探究」,作為課程設計之依據;2.參考「師資職前教育模式的階段」,配合本課程在三年級授課之時間,特別掌握「注重案例教學」、「以見習與討論為核心」、「提供辯證機會,協助學生發展出的觀點與立場」、及「培養情意領域目標」等要點;3. 依學科性質與需要,結合採用「建構教學」、「問題解決」、「反省性教學」、「案例教學」、「檔案評量」、「經驗學習」、「服務學習」、及「合作學習」等教學設計。根據本研究結果所提出之課程設計,驗證了「教育理論與實踐整合」師資培育課程之可能性與可行性。
     The content of the curriculum of Sociology of Teacher for preservice teachers was designed in order to enhance preservice teacher the integration of teacher education theory and praxis. The teacher education theories used for the design of the curriulum of Sociology of Teacher were the theory of teacher education based on teaching knowledge, the constructivism teacher education, the feminism theory of teacher education. The contents of this curriculum of Sociology of Teacher included 11 topics and 11 cases. Six major teaching methods were used in the classroom teaching, and learning portfolios was the major teaching assessment for this curriculum.
