This study was intended to explore issues regarding the practices on the entrance exam only for senior high school graduates with disabilities. The document, Handbook of the Entrance Exam for Disabled Students from 2002 to 2005, was analyzed to investigate the accessibility and the requirements for admission to college for disabled students. The results derived from the document analyses demonstrated that high school graduates with disabilities had gained more access to colleges from 2002 to 2005, however, less varieties and limited quota had been released and, as a result, disabled students with different categories had different choices provided. On the other hand, the, the following conditions for the disabled students, specified in the Handbook of the Entrance Exam for Disabled Students, should be taken into consideration: the minimum scores for admission, the requirements for different kinds of disabled students, the standard for learning, the curriculum, barrier free environment and future career. Suggestions regarding policy and practices are made for administrators, universities, and future researches as well.
