網際網路使用已成爲現代人生活中不可或缺之一環,惟其對旅遊景點選擇是否會造成影響,實有探討之必要。本研究以瀏覽網路部落格的使用者爲研究對象,分析其使用狀況,藉以了解部落客之一般屬性,同時並探討影響部落客使用部落格之原因,以及使用部落格是否影響其旅遊景點之選擇等議題,作爲部落格製作或管理之依據。研究採用網路問卷調查方式取得資料,並以敘述性統計、t檢定與相關分析等統計方法探討前述議題。所得結果顯示:網路部落格之使用者以年輕、高學歷之族群居多,且網友瀏覽部落格以操作方便、較多使用族群者爲選擇對象,而內容則偏向心情創作、旅遊生活與流行娛樂;此外,不同性別者對部落格使用的屬性偏好亦略有差異。就旅遊部落格而言,網友所關注者爲內容是否充實、是否擁有廣大的使用族群,但不會有「名人部落格」或「人氣部落格」之迷思。至於旅遊動機,並不易僅憑單一事件引發;不過瀏覽部落格則與旅遊行爲之產生具有明顯之關聯性。
The usages of Internet have become an inevitable activity in the modern lifestyle, but it is worthy of discussing whether the usages of internet could make influential impacts on the decisions of choosing tourism destinations. The research target of this study focuses on the users of browsing or surfing blogs, in order to analyze the conditions of their usages and also to understand the general characters of blogs' users. Furthermore, this study examines the following two issues: (1) what factors affect the bloggers to use the internet, and (2) whether the usages of blogs will influence the decision-making process of choosing tourism destinations. The methodology of this study includes internet questionnaires, descriptive analysis of statistics, t-test, and correlation analysis. The results show that most of the blogs' users belong to the group of the youth and higher educational backgrounds. They mainly choose the blogs whose interfaces are easy to operate and are popular among blogger community. The users prefer to visit and surf the blogs whose contents emphasize on emotional narratives, traveling process, and fashioned activities of entertainments. Otherwise, there are slightly differences among bloggers with different gender. Regarding to the blog itself, the users mainly concern on (1) whether the contents of the blogs are knowledgeable and (2) how many bloggers use it, instead of focusing on the blogs written by the celebrity. Finally, of tourism motivations, although it does not be caused by a single event, obviously there are significant correlations between tourist behaviors and browsing blogs.
