近幾年,泳裝的設計越來越多元,也越來越時裝化。在時尚界裡,泳裝一直扮演著非正式服裝的重要角色;泳裝已突破時空的限制與拘泥,成為重要的時尚籌碼之一。時尚泳裝產業提供了許多令人興奮的工作機會,然而,想成為人人稱羨的設計師,應該具備何種能力?泳裝設計師的核心競爭力為何?本研究藉由習慣領域能力集合理論,全方位檢視泳裝設計師的核心能力。透過訪談、問卷與資料分析,提出研究結果:1.泳裝設計師的需求能力集合;2.善用設計師之特定能力集合的方法;3.豐富泳裝設計師既有能力集合的方法。泳裝設計師的工作能力需求與一般工作屬性不同,他必須隨時更新與升級內心的電腦,新、舊能力組成一個龐大的能力集合,集合中各種能力彼此激盪、協同運作,不斷靈活地轉化、啟動升級之後的程式,讓內心的電腦隨時保持在靈活的「創意模式」中。泳裝設計師還必須兼顧美感與市場性,不僅要堅持把美學價值放在首位,還要含蓄地堅持客觀性。因此,泳裝設計師除了專業技能、良好的人際關係以及分析與判斷能力之外,仍然必須擁有好奇心、企圖心及責任心,以及積極進取的終身學習態度,才能愉快地勝任泳裝設計師的工作。
In recent years, swimwear design has become more diverse and more fashionable. Swimwear always plays an important role of casual dress in the fashion industry. However, it has overcome the time and space constraints, and becomes one of fashion's darlings. The swimwear industry offers many exciting fashion job opportunities. What does it take to become an admirable designer? What are core competencies for swimwear designers? This research utilized the competence set theory of habitual domains to examine the core competencies of swimwear designers, Through interviews, questionnaires and data analysis, this research identified the following: 1) the required competence set for swimwear designer; 2) Methods of utilizing designer's specific competence set, and 3) Methods of enriching swimwear designer's existing competence set. Unlike other professions, the swimwear designer must have the skills and expertise that need to be constantly updated and upgraded like a computer to form a great competence set consisting of old and new competence. The designer must keep a creative mode internally by merging all competencies, brainstorming ideas, collaborating and converting work in tandem with great flexibility. Swimwear designers must not only take into account the aesthetics and marketability, they must also put the aesthetic value in the first place and implicitly adhere to objectivity. To become a competent designer, in addition to professional skills, good interpersonal skills, analytical ability and judgment skills, you must also have curiosity, ambition, responsibility, and a proactive lifelong learning attitude.
