張亨先生在臺大中文系教授儒道經典與思想史課程四十年，其狷介的人格及通貫古今中外的學養對後進學子頗多影響與啟發，《思文論集―儒道思想的現代詮釋》自選輯錄十七篇論文，本文嘗試連結其中兩篇有關《論語》的詮釋案例，前者為〈《論語》論詩〉，他從質疑實用觀的角度出發，進而在由淺入深的層次詮解中揭示孔子對於詩之本質性的洞察，並開啟綰合仁心與詩興的視域，後者為〈《論語》中的一首詩〉，他將「曾點言志」視為一首詩，並強加篇名為〈莫春篇〉而納入《詩經》以來的抒情傳統，完成詩思與言志的詮解。本文即從這兩篇詮釋案例出發，並綜觀張先生以「興」會通傳統與現代、綰合思（理）與文（情）的意義，繼而反思在此碰撞下學術如何輾轉精進的潛力

Chang Heng, a professor that had taught Confucian and Daoist classics and Chinese thought history for 40 years in the Department of Chinese Literature at National Taiwan University, inspired his students and scholars with his upright personality and profound knowledge. This study focuses on two of his articles on the Analects collected in A Collection of Articles about Thinking: A Modern Interpretation of Confucian and Daoist Thoughts. ＂The Discussions of the Classic of Poetry in the Analects＂ challenges pragmatism, reveals Confucius's insights into the Classic of Poetry, and initiates an approach that combines ren-xin 'kindheartedness' and shi-xing 'implied comparison of the Classic of Poetry.' ＂A Poem in the Analects＂ regards the part in the Analects that Zeng Dian's description of his life goal as a poem and entitles that chapter the ＂Late Spring Chapter,＂ incorporates it into the lyrical tradition of the Classic of Poetry, and presents an interpretation of poetic thought and life goal expression. This study analyzes how Chang connects tradition with modernity, unites thinking (reasoning) and writing (sentiment), and demonstrates a potential progress of academic research
