題名:新制師院生職業認定和生涯成熟的輔導效果研究及其關因素之探討

本研究包括兩部分,即調查研究與實驗研究。調查研究的目的旨在探討性別、年級、科系、地區、父親教育程度、母親教育程度、父親職業水準、母親職業水準、父子關係、母子關係、自重感、學業成就等自變項,與師院生職業認定、生涯成熟的關係。調查樣本係以四百九十五名師院生為對象;而實驗研究的主要目的在評估結構式生涯團體輔導對職業認定和生涯成熟的輔導效果,並比較不同性別、生涯確是程度等屬性此等輔導效果的影響,樣本為大一男女學生共計五十四名。 本研究以職業認定量表、生涯成熟量表、職業決定量表、自尊量表等為評量工具,以多變項及單變項變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析、典型相關及三因子共變數分析等統計方法,進行資料分析。主要的結果如下:第一,在調查研究方面,研究發現各自變項與師院生的職業認定和生涯成熟間具有密切的關係,且自變項亦可以有效預測依變項。典型相關分析的結果,顯示三個典型因素是具有意義的。整體而言,主要係以自重感、性別、父子關係、父母教育程度,透過典型因素而影響師院生的自主定向、他主定向、尋求方向、迷失方向、以及生涯成熟;第二,在實驗研究方面,研究發現結構成的生涯團體輔導對迷方向和生涯成熟的效果最為顯著,此種效果亦因性別、生涯確定程度之不同而有差異。基於此種發現,本研究提出生涯輔導應用上之建議及未來研究之方向。
An investigation of vocational identity and career maturity was undertaken on a sample of 495 male and female students in teachers’ colleges. The analysis of data revealed that the students’ scores on Vocational Identity Scale and Career Maturity Inventory were significantly related to their psychological and social variables. Significant canonical correlations between control variables and criterion variables were found. To test effectiveness of the career group program, a pretest-posttest control group design with the factors of career decidedness and treatment levels was used. Results from a 2×2×2 covariance analysis indicated that the career intervention was helpful for improving students’ career development, and there were differential effects of matching treatment and career decidedness in group intervention. Results are discussed in terms of their implications for career guidance in educational settings.
