The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between physiology and music education for children, under review and analysis the relevatnt theoretical and research literature on physiology, psychology, musicology, education and aesthetics. Besides preface and conclusion, this text was developed around three aspects: first, to examine the physiological foundation of music education for children from four systems of nerves, sense, and vocal organs and locomotion; next, to investigate the practice of physiology and music education for children from six angles of aural skills, reading, singing, playing, creating and listening for music; finally, to investigate physiological effect on music education for children. The results indicated that music education for children at four stages of brewing, preparation, practice and completion was deeply influenced by physiology. Moreover, the research of physiology would penetrate further through the practice of music education. Really, the mutual correlation between physiology and music education was in existence, We should reasonably unite this relationship so as to cultivate the whole generation.
