     對學生而言,教師所傳達的一言一行、一顰一笑,都是其藉以形成自我概念 、影響其成就動機及自我期望的重要依據。當教師努力於改進自己的教學技巧時,不 仿也注意自己有意、無意間所傳達出來的期望行為。善用教師期望,不用絲毫經費便 能有效提昇學生的成就表現。本文以文獻分析的方法,針對教師期望所導致學生自我 應驗預言的歷程,進行相關的理論探討,並提出其在教育上的應用,以供教師們參考。
