題名:中小學教師的情緒智力與工作成效:積極職業心態的中介作用

本研究采用自編積極職業心態問卷、情緒智力問卷及工作滿意度問卷,對來自廣東、湖北、湖南、陜西和廣西五省的207名中小學教師進行調查,探討中小學教師的積極職業心態與其情緒智力、工作成效類變量(工作滿意度、組織承諾和工作績效)的關系。結果表明:(1)中小學教師的積極職業心態與情緒智力、工作滿意度、組織承諾和工作績效均存在顯著正相關;(2)中小學教師的情緒智力對其積極職業心態具有正向預測作用;(3)中小學教師的積極職業心態在情緒智力與工作滿意度、組織承諾及工作績效之間均起部分中介作用。總而言之,中小學教師的情緒智力通過其積極職業心態對工作成效類變量產生重要影響。
The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between primary and middle school teachers’ positive career mentality and their emotional intelligence as well as work effect variables( i. e.,job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job performance). The questionnaires about positive career mentality,emotional intelligence and job satisfaction were administrated to 207 primary and secondary school teachers. Results showed that:( 1)there was a significantly positive correlation between positive career mentality and emotional intelligence,job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job performance;( 2)primary and middle school teachers’ emotional intelligence could positively predict their positive career mentality;( 3) job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job performance was positively influenced by emotional intelligence and positive career mentality worked as a partially mediator between them.Based on those results,we concluded that primary and middle school teachers’ positive career is an important mediating variable between their emotional intelligence and work effect variables.
