　　　　　本文以多元係統論作理論構架，梳理文化和歷史沿革，說明嚴復的翻譯觀受主流文學模式、政治權力、集團制度及意識形態所支配，信達雅論對翻譯的具體指導意義是：翻譯必先具備真誠的意圖和明確的讀者群，譯者的責任是採取適當的文學模式，確保譯品切合讀者群的接收力，達到原先訂下的目標，在譯語系統得到接受，因此翻譯方法是相對、有所待的抉擇。跨學科的系統研究可讓我們更公正地對待複雜的歷史，並使信達雅論與其他功能理論接軌。
