本研究藉由觀察與文件分析等方法，以高師大附中高二學生為對象，探討普普藝術在高中美術教學的成效與價值。本研究結果顯示，當代藝術中的後現代主義所蘊含的多元文化現象，常將不同時代、社會與文化作一種拼湊式的組合，予學生耳目一新之感，而普普藝術所散發的大眾文化特質則貼近學生次文化的表現。藉由教學活動的引導，透過視覺影像的轉換與多元媒材的應用，學生得以延伸其美感經驗於創作，從中涵養多元文化觀，展現創造與審美的能力，進而重建個人內在生命秩序，以構築未來生活願景。針對教學過程中所面臨的問題，本文同時提供可行模式與建議，以供教學參考。
With the participation of eleventh graders at the Affiliated Senior High School of National Kaohsiung Normal University, this study used various research methods (including classroom observations and document analysis) to explore the effects and value of applying creative concepts of Pop Art into senior high school art teaching. The results show that the multicultural phenomena represented by post modernism in contemporary art created a mosaic combination of different eras, societies, and cultures to students and provided them with refreshing and energetic experiences. Additionally, features of Pop Art such as popular culture seemed more attached to the students’ subcultures. Through the teacher’s guidance, the transformation of visual images, and the application of multimedia materials, students extended their aesthetic experiences into their creation. They also demonstrated their abilities in both aesthetic creation and appreciation. Based on these learning experiences, students may be able to rebuild their inner life order to formulate their future living prospects. Finally, this study provided suggestions to overcome the challenges of teaching contemporary art in high schools, presented feasible teaching models, and provided insight into the education of art.
