Since Zhuangzi (莊子)involves wide contents of philosophy, it is not easy to interpret the texts and often leads to reading in fragments and misunderstanding. In this research, a more complete basic framework of Zhuangzi's Philosophy is argued on the basis of texts of Zhuangzi. It is helpful to grasp the thread of thought of Zhuangzi and to interpret texts. Through the connection of several viewpoints obtained from texts, it is found that: ”Both ”dao” (道) and ”xin” (心) are the important parts of Zhuangzi. ”Dao” is the kernel of the philosophy and ”xin” .is the center of practice. The direction to practice through ”xin” is toward ”dao” and then naturally behave in the world.” The whole frmework, in brief, is ”you-xin-wang-dao -er-ying-shi-jian” (由心往道應世間).
