This article explores the Ta Wu tribe aboriginal aged day-care centers in Pingtung County in terms of the distribution justice perspective. There have three dimensions: The first dimension, knowing the characteristics of the aborigine. The second dimension, explores the contents in terms of the distribution justice perspective. The third dimension, exploring the problems about the aborigine aged day-care center of the Ta Wu tribe in Pingtung County. In addition, findings and suggestions about the idea of constructing the aborigine social capital, principles of maintaining aged life function, the aged welfare services designing and territorial justice etc. are illustrated in the final section.
