本研究主要目的在利用中介效果模式,分析大學生感恩、因應方式及心理適應之關聯性。本研究針對國內246位大學生進行問卷調查,得到兩項重要結論:一、積極因應方式(包括問題取向、情緒取向)能完全中介感恩與心理適應之關係:感恩有助個人採取問題取向及情緒取向的積極因應方式,使其能有良好的心理適應結果;二、情緒取向消極因應方式能完全中介感恩與心理適應之關係,但問題取向消極因應方式則無法發揮同等效果:感恩得以減少個人運用情緒取向的消極因應方式,使其心理適應情形免於受損,但感恩無關個人是否採取問題取向的消極因應方式,亦未能藉此因應方式影響心理適應情形。
The main purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of coping style on the relationship between gratitude and psychological adjustment. In current study, we conducted a survey of 246 undergraduate’ students in Taiwan. Using structural equation modeling (SEM), this study examined the relationship between gratitude and psychological adjustment mediated by the condition of coping style. Two main results of this study were (1) active coping style (including problem-focused and emotion-focused) fully mediated the relationship between gratitude and psychological adjustment; (2) emotion-focused passive coping fully mediated the relationship between gratitude and psychological adjustment, but problem-focused passive coping didn’t have the significant mediating effect on them. The implications of the findings, limitations and future research directions were discussed at the end of this paper.
