With the improvements of life standard, the definitions of beauty are now along with our diversities and self-images, differ from the caring purpose in the past; nails art has now become an activity with creation, fashion and aesthetics. And how to effectively grasp the nail art design elements to make the design work carried out smoothly, it is important for designers. Therefore, in order to provide a design criterion for nails art designers, the study applies Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to investigate the dependability and hierarchical relation of nails art design factors, by leading out the hierarchical structure, the study gets the construction relevancy of the design factors, and calculates the weights with The analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which makes designers efficiently analyze the relation and sequence. The result of the study shows that with the factors association graph and weight calculations, we can get the relationship and importance comparison between all those design factors. The performance of nail art designs to "holistic performance" (51%) for the highest weight, followed by "composition" (17.1%) and "beauty" (16.7 %) tied for second, "color" (16.5%), ranking third, from here you can know the quality of the design is a nail painting works of the screen depending on is the overall sense of visual coordination expedient. This result can be formed by relatively clear context, providing complex affairs decisions assistance to help designers deal with complex design factor reference.
