陳鴻珍（1923-2008）人稱陳大姑，是一貫道發一崇德道場的領導前人，她除了帶領著一貫道經歷被官方取締的黑暗時期，進而成功地爭取合法化地位，此舉實與她對發一崇德道場永續發展的規劃願景有關。故一貫道合法化的歷程，應從此脈絡來理解。更重要的是她更對發一崇德道場進行史無前例的制度改革，其中，平安道場（1986-2001）是確立發一崇德道場永續傳承發展的重要關鍵時期，筆者認為它具有三層的歷史意義，分別是：能夠自由傳道、躲劫避難與和平天命傳承三者。陳大姑深信道場要永續傳承，要成功實現上述三者，更要建立穩定發展的厚實基礎，所以發一崇德在平安道場時期，在財務來源、教育規畫、佛堂創設與道場人事安排和企業化經營，都有明顯的成長。此外，陳大姑發現人心的比較與對立，是阻礙道場永續發展的重要關鍵因素，她透過集體共事的制度規劃，培養崇德每一位道親懷抱著「以無為之心，行有為之事」的胸襟，期望每位崇德人透過集體和合共事，培養提升個人的才、德、智，因為她相信崇德道場每一位成員提升自我的修養與能力，才能穩固且長久共同護持崇德道場永續傳承的天命。
Chen Hongzhen (1923-2008), also called Aunt Chen, is the leader of I-Kuan Tao Fa-Yi Chong De district. She led the I-Kuan Tao when it was banned, and then successfully helped the legalization of the I-Kuan Tao and conducted institutional reforms of Fa-Yi Chong De district. It has three historical significances, the freedom to preach, hiding the robbery refuge, and peace destiny heritage. Aunt Chen convinced that district to sustainable heritage, to successfully achieve the above three, but also to establish a solid basis of steady development, so Fa-Yi Chong De period in the Peace district, sources in the finance, education planning, creation and district personnel arrangements temple and enterprise management, has significant growth. In addition, Chen Aunt found relatively hearts and confrontation, is the key factors hindering sustainable development district. She worked through a system of collective planning, training Chong De embrace every member ＂to inaction of the heart, the line was something something＂ in mind, each Chong De expect members to work through collective harmony and cultivate upgrade their talent, Germany, intellectual, because she believes Chong De district every member of accomplishment and ability to enhance the self, in order to secure long-term joint powers of protection and sustainable heritage Chong De district destiny.
