目睹家庭暴力的兒童因身體未有明顯的外傷或受虐痕跡，經常未被週遭的重要他人發現進而安排後續的心理復原，但長期身處在父母的爭吵與暴力相向之中，更易造成諸多情緒和行為的問題，逐漸成為不被注意的「隱形個案」。遊戲治療是一種最自然、最活潑生動的諮商（溝通）方式，幫助他們直接或用象徵性的方式將自己的心情故事「玩出來」，並藉由「遲來的」掌控感為自己灌注翻轉力量，開展心理復原的歷程。因此，筆者整理了遊戲治療運用在目睹家庭暴力兒童的實務經驗，以提供相關專業人員的參考。
