邊緣型人格障礙症（Borderline Personality Disorder，BPD）是臨床上常見的人格疾患類別，其多層面廣泛不穩定，包括情緒起伏不定、不確定的自我形象、面對人際關係的兩極化反應、將他人過度理想化或貶抑、高衝動性與自殺行為的特徵，易導致諮商師在諮商工作上的挑戰與困難，及遭遇相關諮商倫理困境。本文針對在與邊緣性人格疾患個案工作中，可能會出現的界線、反移情及自殺危機等相關倫理困境及因應做進一步的探究，涵括常見反移情與因應方式；對於界線議題的因應建議；自殺通報的評估、因應與自殺危機介入等議題，並連結辯證行為治療的諮商目標，嘗試提出因應倫理困境的積極性觀點，以期能降低倫理困境對諮商的負向影響，及建立諮商的良好基礎，顧及案主的最大福祉與權益。
