This research aims to explore how the changing society of the indigenous has shaped the way indigenous women care for their families. For the minority of indigenous people, although caregiving is a labor service within the family, which is influenced by the economic, cultural and social norms of the mainstream society. Nevertheless, the indigenous tradition also affects the care work inseparable from the division of gender roles in the family. This research adopts a qualitative method. The Data obtained summed up topics related to research issues using thematic analysis and boils down to four themes: "It's a responsibility to take care of family members", "Generally high support from family members", "Take care of family members despite the pressure" and "Unfamiliar with Supportive Services". This research could increase understanding of indigenous caregivers and develop experience-oriented care support strategies.
