This paper explores the inferiority of Taiwanese indigenous people from the phenomenon of social inequality under globalization. It should be taken seriously that indigenous peoples all over the world have been in more vulnerable situations since the occurrence of COVID-19 because the international uneven distribution of vaccines. Facing the epidemic spread, the developing countries and their indigenous peoples can only wait for the international rescue of vaccines. Taiwanese indigenous people also experience long-term oppression and discrimination which makes them situated in inequality positions within Taiwanese society. Thus this paper discusses that indigenous people face multiple social inequalities by discovering the major causes of death and disease underlying the gap in life expectancy between indigenous people and the Han population, and then tries to provide some suggestions for the government and policies including: 1. Education is a good way to reverse the disadvantaged situation; 2. it is essential to integrate ancestral belief culture with medical care in order to build a health care system with indigenous peoples' subjectivity; 3. revitalizing the indigenous people’s culture and heritage to regain the sense of ethnic identity; and 4. encouraging companies and enterprises to provide capital to cultivate indigenous sport players to win glory for the country.
