      儒家思想係中國政治思想的主流,亦係中華文化得以延續數千年而不衰的中流思想。儒家領導哲學及儒家文化之政治思想,其在中國歷史演化發展歷程中,影響人民思想觀念至為深遠,且係支配中國政治發展最為長久迄今未衰的哲學思想。儒家領導哲學所涵攝的價值理念博大精深,本文為探究其深層內涵,洞悉其理論旨趣,掌握其義理全貌,進而歸納其領導精髓,及分從儒家領導哲學的探究途徑、概念架構及現代詮釋等層面,說明其在教育行政上之意義。   根據本文之探討,可知吾人如欲探討儒家領導哲學的深層內涵,可從批判性繼承、創造性轉化、辯證性綜合的探索方法及經驗分析、歷史詮釋、批判反省的研究取向,進行闡發。就概念架構而言,性善論及儒家領導哲學的根源性基礎,而德治論則為實現仁政王道的理想框架。若從現代之視野加以詮釋,儒家領導哲學非但係一種德主法輔的聖王領導、互為主體的關懷領導;亦且係一種人文化成的人文領導、仁義禮智的道德領導、持經達變的權變領導。綜上所析,儒家領導哲學在教育行政的思想觀念層次、組織制度層次及器物技術層次深具啟迪意義。
      Confucian thought is not only the main currents of Chinese political thought, it is also the reason why Chinese culture became broader and profound in their significance, developing into the distinctive theory. Confucian leadership philosophy is the political though of Chinese culture, which influence is very longly in the development process of Chinese history evolution. In order to explore the content of Confucian leadership philosophy, the basic framework of this paper includes four parts. Firstly, to introduce the research approach for studying Confucian leadership philosophy. Secondly, to analyze the concepts framework of Confucian leadership philosophy. Thirdly, to interpretate Confucian leadership philosophy from modern perspective. Finally, to indicate some implications of Confucian leadership philosophy on educational administration. In other words, this paper adopts critical heritrage, creative transformation, and dialectic synthesis approaches and employs empirical analysis, historical hermeneutics, and crtical reflection orientations to inquiry the deep Confucian leadership philosophy. As for the concepts framework, the fundamental goodness of human nature is the point of origin of Confucian leadership philosophy. Govern people by moral force is the ideal framework for implementing governing through benevolence. In other words, Confucian leadership is one kind of philosopher king, consideration, humanistic, morality, and contingency leadership. Summing up, Confucian leadership philosophy has multiple implications on educational administration in ideal, institute, and technical levels.
