　　　　　由於其特殊的歷史結構地位，臺灣社會一直受到國族認同問題的困擾，此問題近年更成為學術研究的熱點。儘管現存的研究對有關問題的瞭解已作出了重大的貢獻，但它們對當前臺灣人國族認同論述構成的主體性卻明顯關注不足。有鑑於此，本文運用一個特別設計的方法－Q方法論，並參考當前國族認同的理論分析，嘗試從主體的角度，重構臺灣人國族認同論述的結構與內涵。在深入分析了二十一位小心選出的臺灣受訪者之後，我們發現，臺灣社會起碼存在著五種不同的國族認同論述：中國民族主義、現狀主義、認同混亂、臺灣優先論和臺灣民族主義。這五種論述不僅對臺灣的現狀存有一些鬆散的共識，而且彼此之間還呈現出某種特殊勾連交接的結構關係。是項研究的結果糾正了過去臺灣國族認同研究統獨二分或統獨維持現狀三分的簡化主義預設，亦因為如此，它應可替未來有關研究建立一個較全面的分析架構提供一個新的基礎。
　　　　　Due to its special historical-structural status, the society of Taiwan has long been haunted by the problem of national identity, which has captured significant academic interests in recent years. While the existing studies have made important contributions to the understanding of the nature of the issue, they tend to have paid insufficient attention to the subjectivity of national identity discursive formation among Taiwan people in the present-day setting. This study introduces a specifically designed method - Q methodology- to reconstruct, from the subject's perspective, Taiwan people's nationalistic discourses with reference to the current theoretical analysis of national identity. In the study, we have intensively analyzed a number of carefully selected Taiwan subjects and subsequently discovered among them five national identity discourses: Chinese nationalism, status-quoism, confused identity, Taiwan-prioritism, and Taiwanese nationalism. We also find that these five discourses are interconnected and share some loosely defined viewpoints regarding Taiwan's present national situation. Our findings are contrasted sharply with the preconstructed "reunification-independence" bifurcation or "reunification-status quo-independence" trifurcation approach characteristic of the existing Taiwan national identity studies. There findings may be served as a new basis for constructing a more comprehensive analytical framework for future research in this area.
