     近年來社會快速變遷,護理之升學管道亦提高了許多,然而在沿襲傳統 護理教育體制之下,護理畢業生並未隨著教育水準之提高而提升照顧的品質,這 是值得護理教育者深思的問題。因此本文主要從反省目前的護理教育,談到未來 護理教育之展望。文分四部份,內容包括教學方式、護理專業價值、核心知識及 基本能力的培養。藉由本文現況及問題之探討,期能作為護理教育者之參考,以 提升護理教育之品質。
