題名:探討軍校學生身體自我概念與運動參與程度對體適能測驗成績的影響

本篇研究旨在探討軍校學生身體自我概念與運動參與程度對體過能測驗成績相關情形及其對運動表現的影響,並進一步分析身體自我概念與運動參與程度對體適能測驗成績表現的預測力;以陸軍軍官學校89年男性四年級學生為研究對象,計選取114人為有效樣本。 本研究採問卷調查法,以「身體自我概念量表」、「運動參與程度問卷」及體適能測驗為工具,進行資料的蒐集整理與統計分析,得知各變項之平均得分:身體自我概念191.28±19.96分、運動參與程度25.92±11.13分、整體體適能測驗成績217.12±28.27分,再以皮爾遜積差相關、獨立樣本二因子變異數分析和多元逐步迴歸分析進行處理,主要獲致以下研究結果: 一、軍校學生身體自我概念、運動參與程度和體適能測驗成績三者間的關係呈正相關(p< .05)。 二、軍校學生身體自我概念、運動參與程度和體適能測驗成績表現之影響,各主要效果之交互作用均未達顯著,在主要效果中,僅身體自我概念差異達顯著水準(F=36.81),因此以杜凱法(Tukey)進行事後比較,結果顯示高身體自我概念組的體適能測驗成績表現(Mean=232.01)顯著優於低身體自我概念組(Mean=201.69)達顯著水準。 三、軍校學生在各預測變項中「身體外觀」(F = 40.91,P < .01 )與「運動強度」(F=23.39,p<.01)達顯著水準,可預測體適能測驗成績表現,其解釋變異量為28.4%。
