　　　　　本文由微觀政治學（micropolitics）的角度出發，以四個層面分析教師與家長間的微觀政治行為，包括教師與家長間的利害關係、主要互動模式、互動策略，以及互動的產出等，並指出學校與家長間各自的內部分化，再以不滿意理論說明一般家長參與學校事務的行動趨向，最後提出研究結論與建議。
