By the method of case study, this research discusses the meaning and influence of practical teaching knowledge during the practice caregiver’s training in an infant-care center. Based on the interpretative of the case, we discovered three points of practical teaching knowledge: (1) to fit the learning pace of toddlers, (2) to see the needs of toddlers, (3) and to meet this interests of toddlers. All of the mentioned above have relation with learners (toddlers) and are the major difference with other researches. Those factors, which affect caregiver’s practical teaching knowledge, are related with past study experience. At last, according to the conclusion of this research, we made some recommendations for reference to who may have interests.
