認知教練模式是一種促進教師專業成長的有效模式,強調教師內在思考與 認知的改變,在美國已行之有年。本文從認知教練模式之理論與實徵研究出發, 介紹認知教練的意義、目的、限制、理論基礎、歷史演進及實施歷程,並探討 相關研究,進一步分析如何將認知教練模式應用在中小學教師之專業成長,以 提供國內學者專家或實務人員未來規劃與辦理教師專業成長活動參酌,俾提升 國內中小學教師的專業素質,進而增益學生之學習。
Cognitive coaching has been in practice for years in America. It emphasizes the change of teachers' inner thinking and cognition, and it is an effective model for improving teacher professional growth. The purposes of this article are firstly to summarize its meaning, goals, limitations, theoretical base, historical evolution, and practical process. Then this study discusses the literature and related empirical research results of cognitive coaching. Finally, this paper analyzes how to implement cognitive coaching in elementary and secondary schools for teacher professional growth, and provides some suggestions for experts and practitioner to plan and carry out the activities of teacher's professional growth. Hopefully, those suggestions can help to enhance the quality of elementary and secondary school teachers, and improve the learning of students in Taiwan.
