Recently, the population has been aging in Chang-Hua County. According to the statistics of MOI, more than 150 thousands elderly population which is 12.09 per cent of total population in Chang-Hua. Due to this aging population, the Chang-Hua County Government followed the implementation of the Project of Community Care Station, MOI, and set up 102 stations to take care for elderly people in the community. Four evaluations have been conducted since 2006. The outcome and performance of community care stations have been revealed. However, the users' satisfaction with community living remains blurred. A survey of users was conducted in order to reveal it in the research. As a result, findings and conclusions were listed as follows: the level of users' satisfaction with community care stations were higher than it of nation-wide survey. In addition, elderly users indicated that they began to care about their own communities and felt that they were connected with communities psychologically. All of these showed that the project of community care stations in Chang-Hua County had a high level of satisfaction with community care services. Finally, three suggestions were made: 1. An advocacy of community elderly volunteering should be promoted; 2. The surveys or needs assessments of elderly population in the community should be enhanced; 3. A social inclusion activities with elderly people ought to be promoted in the community as well.
