In recent years, the social changes have caused drastic impacts on the traditional military community. It is hard to see the military as a separate body from its own community, and even the relationships with the nearby communities will affect the promotion of military tasks. For this reason, the author explores this phenomenon in her own workplace through theoretical analysis, constructs the mode of interaction between FHK and the nearby communities, and takes the practical technology of the Community Work curriculum as the bridge of interaction between the military and the civil. The research tries to discuss the new development of civil-military interaction through the way of action research, curriculum design, to take students into the community and professional community work modes. This study was conducted from the first semester of the 103 academic year to the first semester of 105 At the end of this period, the author accumulated three-year cycle of research materials. Through the learning outcomes, homework and experience reports of the students in the curriculum, the researchers revised the curriculum content according to the teaching reflective note and interviews with important cadres of the community, to correspond to community education function and community capacity index. Among them, both teachers and scholars can gain professional growth through researching courses. The results can also serve as a basis for constructing the new military-civil relations.
