     本研究目的主要在於探討師院生學習適應與生計發展取向的調查研究與縱貫研究,探討控制信念與學習適應六個控制變項與四個效標變項的典型相關。從貫研究樣本以師院生188名為對象,縱貫研究前後三年(自一年到三年級),調查研究樣本共317名(男150名,女167名),並以自編之「師院生學習與適應量表」、「師院生生計發展取向量表」及內外控量表等為評量工具,以典型相關分析、逐步多元迴歸分析、共變數分析的統計方法進行資料分析,主要結果如下: 一、調查研究結果發現:   第一,就男性師院生的典型因素結構中,共有四個典型相關值達到顯著水準;控制變榑透過四個典型因素解釋效標變項總變異百分之三十四;此外,就女性師院方面,共有二個典型相關值達到顯著水準,控制變項透過二個型因素解釋效標變項總變異百分之二十九;就整體師院生而言,共發現四個有意義的典型因素,控制變項透過此四個典型因素解釋效標變項總變異普分之三十一,顯示不同性別學生,所構成的典型相關不盡相同。   第二,在迴歸分析方面,影響師院生生計發展各層面最主要的因素:就男生而言,為自我狀態、學習目標、社團活動和學習狀態;對女生而言,為學習目標、響師院生生計發展的因素,因性別不同而略有差異。 二、縱貫研究結果發現: 師院生的學習適應與生計發展,經過二年的追蹤調查與分析後發現: 第一,在學習與適應之追蹤發現內控師院生在各層面普通優於外控學生; 第二,在生計發展取向研究發現:性別具有部份差異,但控制信念則無。依據上述之研究發現,本研究提出若干輔導工作及來未有關研究的建議,供有關單位參考。
     The career development and learning adjustment to teacher students was investigated longitudinally on 188 teachers college students and a canonical correlation analysis and a stepwise regression analysis and \a stepwise regression analysis based on 317 subjects were conducted. The data analysis revealed that the students’ scores on career Orientation Inventory (COI) and learning Adjustment Inventory (LAI) were signigicantly related to the teacher students’ background variables. Significant canonical correlations between control variables and criterion variables were found. More than three, regressional variables were significant predictors for teacher students’ career development orientation in each subgroup. Results from the longitudinal survey analysis in dictated that professional training were helpful to facilitate teacher students’ career development and learning adjustment. Results were discussed in terms of their implications and recommendation were mentioned for students’ settings and for counseling center in teachers college around Taiwan.
