題名:國民中學實習教師教學反省與專業成長關係之研究

本研究旨在探討國民中學實習教師教學反省與專業成長關係,其研究目的有四:(1)探討目前國中實習教師的教學反省之現況。(2)了解影響國中實習教師的教學反省之因素。(3)探討國中實習教師的教學反省與其專業成長之關係。(4)歸納研究結果,提出結論,並作建議,作為師資培育機構培育教學反省能力之參考。
為達成上述目的,本研究採用文件分析、問卷調查、晤談等研究方法。
就樣本方面,問卷調查方面抽取台灣地區302位國中實習教師、參與晤談與E-mail晤談計有12位、撰寫教學反省札記共有29位。
量的資料收集完畢後,以百分比次數分配、單因子與雙因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析、典型相關與徑路分析等方法驗證各研究假設。文件分析的資料收集完後,則進一步歸類與分析,並與量的結果相互印証。
文件分析與量的資料分析後,所得的結論為:(1)不同背景的國中實習教師在教學反省反應互有高低。(2)國中實習教師的專業有顯著的成長。(3)教學反省與專業成長有密切關係。(4)不同背景變項與教學反省變項在專業成長的交互作用極少。(5)專業成長各層面可由教學反省來預測。(6)教學反省與專業成長有典型相關存在。(7)不同背景變項、教學反省變項對專業成長的影響,有跡可尋。
根據上述的結論,本研究提出的建議如右:(1)實施教學反省訓練與課程。(2)國中實習教師應留心日常事物。(3)以Dewey的反省歷程為反省教育問題的步驟。(4)國中實習教師應採用為行動而反省,以增進教學技術。(5)鼓勵國中實習教師,從事高層次反省。(6)師範大學須篩選修教育學分的學生。(7)進一步研究建議。
