全人教育乃是利用不同的課程與教育活動來協助學生建立完整的人格,同時為因應時代趨勢及國際化需要,全人教育也著重培養學生適應社會的基本能力以提升大學生畢業後的競爭力與就業能力;目前台灣各大學對於大學生在畢業前應具備有的一般基本能力中大都包含資訊基本能力(Information basic competence) 這項目。資訊基本能力除了讓學生習得電腦操作、軟體使用技能外,最終目的應是培養建立資訊素養(Information Literacy)。學生若於在學時培養資訊素養,則可分辨何時需要資訊,並且擁有取得資訊、鑑別資訊及有效利用資訊的能力,除了對就業工作有所幫助外,也可達到終身學習的目標,這與全人教育的理念極為相同。由於網路發展迅速,現代資訊科技的使用已由單機環境完全轉移到網際網路環境的雲端服務上,因此資訊素養中的電腦、網路素養逐漸合併也變的格外重要。本研究目的是以全人教育課程中的網路資源與應用課程為例,利用重新規劃的課程內容架構、上課教授方式應用在課程上;並將學生學習前後差異利用問卷調查分析來探討全人教育課程在學生資訊基本能力中有關資訊網路素養培養的成效,藉此分析以便提供未來課程內容應加強之部份及教學方法改善以提升學生資訊基本能力以增加畢業後其就業力。
Holistic education is the use of different courses and educational activities to help students build a complete personality. For responding to the trend of the times and the needs of the international. Holistic education with emphasis on cultivating students’ basic competence to adapt to society and enhance graduates’ competitiveness and employment capacity. To enhance the employability of university graduates, the university students before graduation should have some basic competences; in general most of them contain the information basic competence. Information basic competence for students in addition to learn computer operation, software use skills, and the ultimate goal should be to establish information literacy. If students train information literacy in the school, they can distinguish that when they need information, access information, identification information and the effective use of information. In addition to employment help, it can reach the goal of lifelong learning. It has the same concept with holistic education. Due to the rapid development of Internet, the computer operation environment had transferred from stand-alone machine to Internet Cloud services. Therefore the computer literacy and network literacy gradually merging becomes extremely important. The purpose of the study was to investigate the role of holistic education curriculum in training students’ information internet literacy by redesigned course content and student learning questionnaire results in the "Internet resources and applications" course.
