The constant pressure of Taiwanese local Drama (Xi-Qu) is being requested to be improved. This improvement appeals is expressed constantly and aggressively by Government's Ideology. That makes the government's control reasonable. The local theater competition in 1952 hold by "Taiwan Local Theater Association" after World War II is one of them. The script published by the "Taiwan Local Theater Association" in 1976 is another one. This research's object is the scripts published by "Taiwan Local Theater Association". It will describe the "improvement" context at that time and the script production circumstances under government's control. And, it will analyze these scripts, describe how the scripts production, the "local" is misappropriated, and the "tradition" to be transformed under government's control, and make the Taiwan local Xi-Qu to be the tools of ideology reproduction. The conclusion will explain this kind of "improvement" served the ideology reproduction can not change the bottom layer infrastructure of the local theater. There is no concrete impact of these improvements today. This research's analyzed scripts are examples.
