本文旨在探討我國學校輔導工作的現況與問題、《學生輔導法》內涵及其對應之學校輔導工作評鑑的指標、項目和評鑑績效標準。本文以文獻探討及研究者相關評鑑實務經驗為基礎,針對《學生輔導法》內涵建構學校輔導工作評鑑之指標。本文建置的學校輔導工作評鑑指標共計四類、25項目,包含輔導組織與行政類六項目、專業服務與運作類九項目、空間設備與經費類五項目,以及訓練發展與特色類五項目;績效評量結果計四等級,含優等、通過、待觀察與不通過。本文發展的評鑑指標可供教育主管機關、各校及諮商輔導人員參考運用。
This study aimed to explore the status quo of student guidance work within school, its existing problems and the criteria corresponding to guidance work assessment. The study was developed using a combination of literature review and data from related field practice. The evaluation indicators established in this study fall into four categories with a total of twenty-five criteria, which include six criteria under guidance organization and administration; nine under professional service and practice; five under counseling space, facilities and budget; and another five under training, development and uniqueness. The result of evaluation is presented on a four-level scale of excellent, fair, further observation required, and inadequate. The evaluation system can be offered for reference to education authorities, schools, counselors, and so on.
