The current study was conducted in the form of a survey, with the data collected from customers of D-sky Landscape Restaurant. A total of 385 valid responses were collected, and the major findings were as follows: 1. Geographically, the majority of customers came from Taoyuan District and Hsinchu District; in terms of age, most of them were younger, and as for gender, they were mostly female. 2. Customers from Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City and Yilan County demonstrated the greatest satisfaction with the services of the landscape restaurant. 3. Customers were satisfied with all the services provided by the landscape restaurant. 4. Repeat customers demonstrated higher satisfaction with the landscape restaurant's services than the first-time customers. 5. The décor and design of the landscape restaurant were the categories that needed improvement. Based on the findings of the study, pertinent recommendations and implications were provided for landscape restaurants to improve their Service Quality in order to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.
