It goes without saying that innovation is one of the most important issues in business administration. It is also important to increase business' innovation capacity through investigate employees' personality and emotion management. Therefore, this study focuses on the influence of personality on innovation for Taiwanese undergraduate students. The research results show that: (1) personality has significant impacts on innovation in this study; (2) the moderating effects of emotion management on the relationship between personality and innovation are insignificant. Through this research, we can have better understanding of the differences of various types of personality on students' innovation. We expect that the analysis and results can be used as a useful reference for professors and students and the direction of improving one's job opportunities and job performance.
