     對欲從事教育工作者而言,教育實習是以實務來驗證理論,並檢視兩者間之差距,為師資養成過程中必須經歷的階段。因此,實習活動以在真實的情境脈絡中進行最為適宜。情境教學重視學習者所處情境脈絡的真實性,師徒學習便是在真實的情境脈絡中進行,兩者間的關係相當密切。本文自情境教學之觀點,探究教育實習課程中以師徒學習方式的適宜性,探討重點包括:(1)情境教學觀點之概貌;(2)師徒式教育實習之模式與做法;(3)師徒式教育實習應用情境教學理念之討論;(4)可能產生之爭議及解決;及(5)結論等五個部份,希冀對師徒教育實習模式理論與實務的發展有所助益。
