　　　　　對欲從事教育工作者而言，教育實習是以實務來驗證理論，並檢視兩者間之差距，為師資養成過程中必須經歷的階段。因此，實習活動以在真實的情境脈絡中進行最為適宜。情境教學重視學習者所處情境脈絡的真實性，師徒學習便是在真實的情境脈絡中進行，兩者間的關係相當密切。本文自情境教學之觀點，探究教育實習課程中以師徒學習方式的適宜性，探討重點包括：（1）情境教學觀點之概貌；（2）師徒式教育實習之模式與做法；（3）師徒式教育實習應用情境教學理念之討論；（4）可能產生之爭議及解決；及（5）結論等五個部份，希冀對師徒教育實習模式理論與實務的發展有所助益。
