題名：從性別平等的教育觀點來探討高雄地區國小課堂中師生互動的關係

　　　　　本研究旨由性別平等的教育觀點，探討當前國民小學課堂中師生互動的情形，而研究的主要目的：（一）探討國小男女教師課堂教學中，與男女學生在課業方面的互動過程中，是否有性別差異存在？（二）探討國小男女教師課堂教學中，與男女學生在行為方面的互動過程中，是否有性別差異存在？（三）國小男女教師在課堂教學中，對男女學生發問模式是否有別？（四）國小男女教師在不同課程教學中，對男女學生在讚賞、訓誡與指導之發生與頻率是否有別？高雄市六所國民小學五、六年級23位男老師與20位女老師，加上他們班級中853名男學生和953名女學生為本研究之樣本，在不影響教學情況下，拍攝整個教學過程，而且一共攝錄85班次，平均每位老師被錄影1.98次。經過觀察、記錄與分析，並用SAS套裝軟體計算基本統計，並進行 t 考驗單因子與多因子變異數分析。一般而言，本研究發生男生在各種師生互動類別中，都得到比女性多的互動機會，男生在自然課與數學課和老師互動次數比女生多；女生在國語、社會兩科中師生互動比率比男生高。本研究的結果，可提供教師培育機構、學校行政單位、教師本身與相關研究者參考之用，盼能有助於發展兩性平等的教育觀並推展全人教育於不久之將來。
