　　　　　本研究嘗試從敘說建構的觀點來看一個人的「自我的發展」，探討一個人的「多 重自我的對話與轉化」。其方法是使用歷史文獻中有關自我敘說的資料，釐清它的前後脈絡 ，並且運用設身處地的了解，建構出一個關於朱光潛的生命故事，來表達我們目前的理解。 基於這種對朱光潛的了解做為本研究的基礎。本研究進一步將「朱光潛的生命故事」以分析 的方式論述「朱光潛多重自我的對話與轉化」，而這種多重自我的轉化是與朱光潛所遭遇的 社會文化與歷史處境有密切的關係。
　　　　　The study tries to look at one's “self development”and to investigate “the dialogue and transformation of multi-selves”from the viewpoint of narrative-construction. Self-narrative data from historical literature is used to clarify its context, and empathy is employed to construct Chu Kuang-Chien's life story to express our current understanding of him. The study then further analyses Chu Kuang-Ch'ien life story and discourses“the dialogue and transform of multi-selves about Chu Kuang-Ch'ien.”The results revealed the change of multi-sleves is closely related to Chu Kuang-Ch'ien's sociocultural and historical context.
