題名:創業導向、製造管理實務與創新能力關係之實證研究-以台灣資訊產業廠商為例

在高度技術變革及日漸激烈的全球化競爭環境下,顧客需求偏好快速變動,產品生命週期亦隨之日漸縮短,使得廠商所必須面對的環境因素不確定性與經營的複雜性皆日益增加,面臨如此快速變動的競爭環境,不管是產業界或學術界皆普遍認為,創新能力對於提昇廠商之競爭能力扮演了關鍵性的角色。雖然過去有關創新能力議題之研究文獻成果已相當豐碩,但是有關如何強化創新能力之研究文獻,似乎多是從組織行為之角度進行探討,而從策略管理之創業導向觀點探究此類議題之研究文獻則較為少見;而且有關創新能力管理活動之研究文獻,大多從研發部門的角度探討研發管理活動對創新能力之影響,而從製造部門管理的觀點進行該議題之探討則較常被忽略。因此,本論文以台灣資訊產業廠商為實證對象,研究議題主要包括兩部份:(1)創業導向對製造管理實務之影響關係;(2)製造管理實務對創新能力之影響關係。本論文利用因素分析及路徑分析法進行上述議題之研究,研究結果顯示:(1)台灣資訊產業廠商在特定創業導向特質的表現程度,對不同之製造管理實務構面具有正面促進作用;(2)台灣資訊產業廠商之製造管理實務執行程度對不同類型之創新能力具有顯著正面影響效果;因此本論文建議台灣資訊產業廠商在從事強化特定創新能力之決策時,除了從研發管理活動著手以外,亦應考量整體創業導向特質之形塑以發揮策略性引導作用,並應加強各種製造管理實務之執行來提昇各類型之創新能力。
