題名:從創新傾向觀點探討高科技產業組織寬裕資源、動態能力與組織創新關係之研究

本研究旨在探討高科技產業組織寬裕資源、動態能力與組織創新的現況與其間關係,並從創新傾向觀點,探討不同創新傾向之高科技公司在上述變項間的關係。為達成研究目的,本研究採質量並行的方式進行,透過高科技公司中、高階主管的訪談,瞭解變項的本土化內涵,再採分層隨機抽樣,針對高科技上市與上櫃公司之中、高階主管,進行問卷調查,以確立變項關係。本研究發出750份問卷,回收228份有效問卷,有效回收率30.4%。最後,本研究以單一樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析與結構方程模式,驗證本研究所提出之各項假設。經上述程序,本研究獲致結論為:高科技產業之創新傾向、組織寬裕資源、動態能力與組織創新等的表現均屬中上水準,而其中的創新傾向包含完全創新、創新產生、創新採用與非創新等四種傾向類型,且組織寬裕資源、動態能力與組織創新等的表現因組織之創新傾向不同有顯著差異;此外,高科技產業組織寬裕資源對動態能力、組織創新,以及動態能力對組織創新均有顯著正向影響,其中動態能力在組織寬裕資源與組織創新間存在中介效果,而不同創新傾向組織之組織寬裕資源、動態能力與組織創新間關係不同,動態能力的中介效果亦不同。
The purpose of this study is researching the relationships among organizational slack, dynamic capabilities, and organizational innovation in High-Tech Industry. In addition, this study explores the relationships among the above-mentioned variables in High-Tech Corporations on different innovation propensity. In order to accomplish the purpose, qualitative and quantitative methods are utilized. By means of interviewing the middle and senior managers of High-Tech firms, this study finds out the localized content of variables. Then, it investigates a stratified random sampling of middle and senior managers of High-Tech Corporations which listed in OTC and in TSE to affirm the relationships among variables. Moreover, the questionnaires of this study dispatched to 750 middle and senior managers who work in High-Tech Corporations. The number of questionnaires collected validly back is 228, and the response rate is 30.4%. Finally, one-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and structural equation modeling are used to affirm hypotheses of this study. Via the foregoing procedure, this study’s conclusion is as followed: The degree of innovation propensity, organizational slack, dynamic capabilities, and organizational innovation in High-Tech Industry is high-intermediate level. And, the category of innovation propensity includes innovative, innovation-generating, innovation- adopting, and non-innovative propensity. Even the degree of organizational slack, dynamic capabilities and organizational innovation significantly diverges from the category of innovation propensity. Besides, organizational slack has a significant positive influence on dynamic capabilities and organizational innovation in High-Tech Industry. Dynamic capabilities have a significant positive influence on organizational innovation. Other than that, dynamic capabilities perform the mediating role in the relationship between organizational slack and organizational innovation. Furthermore, the relationships among organizational slack, dynamic capabilities and organizational innovation diverge from the category of innovation propensity. And the mediating role of dynamic capabilities also diverges from the category of innovation propensity.
