本文首先略述效能感的機制與訊息來源,其次,說明教師效能感的型態、功能及在目標設定歷程上的影響;然後提出強化教師效能感的策略,包括:適當歸因正向經驗與學生成就表現、增進專業技巧與學科知能、激發「智力增長」信念與修正「班級成功」定義、建立合作的學校文化、增加教師的參與和作決定、減少外來改變或教育改革的負作用及改善督導行為、參與教師團體和經驗分享等。
This article briefly describes the regulatory mechanisms and the sources of information of sense of efficacy, the type and function of teachers' sense of efficacy, and its goal-setting processes. Then, several strategies to enhancing teachers' sense of efficacy are recommended, which include positive personal experience and student' sachievement performace, increasing professional skills and subject knowledge, encouraging the belief of incremental theory of intelligence, modifying the definition of classroom success, building collaborative school culture, increasing participation and decision making, reducing the negative effects of externally imposed change, redirecting supervisory practices, and participating teacher groups and sharing experience.
