The technological and vocational education plays an important role for constructing the students of talents. Every education researchers should pay more attention on the factors, which affect the students learning behaviors. The main purpose of this article is to discuss the relationship of teaching, learning, and teaching-student interaction. The way to reach the goal is to investigate the following issues: 1.the circumstances of learning in class; 2.the aptitudes and habits of learning; 3.what is the more popular teaching styles for students; 4.to what extend of influence on students learning by the basic abilities of the teachers; 5.the situations about teaching-student interaction. And the study finds that the more wide known in professional field for a teacher the more helpful for students learning in the class. The study also finds that teachers who cannot transfer the meaning of the knowledge very well in their language will cause negative influence on learning. That students care the knowledge which teacher really has instead of his or her position and don't think their learning behaviors being good is another result of this paper. Although teachers very helpfully answer the questions that students ask, they don't really perceive the understanding level of the students about the knowledge.
