本研究旨在探討國民小學校長邀約領導、組織認同與學校效能的現況及三者之間的關聯。本研究採取問卷調查法,研究者抽樣調查新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、臺中市、雲林縣、臺南市、高雄市、花蓮縣之公立國民小學教師為抽樣對象,共發出正式問卷720份,回收有效問卷661份,有效問卷回收率為94.8%。調查問卷資料分析採描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數、典型相關、逐步多元迴歸分析、結構方程式模型等統計方法。主要研究發現如下:
1.國民小學校長邀約領導、組織認同與學校效能現況達中上程度。
2.不同背景變項之國小教師對校長邀約領導、組織認同與學校效能的知覺部分有差異存在。
3.國民小學校長邀約領導、組織認同與學校效能之間有正相關。
4.國民小學校長邀約領導、組織認同對學校效能有預測力。
5.本研究所建構的結構模式具有良好的適配度,校長邀約領導與組織認同對學校效能均具有顯著直接效果,校長邀約領導會透過組織認同的中介變項而間接影響學校效能。
根據研究發現,研究者分別針對教育行政機構、國小校長、國小教師與未來研究者提出若干具體建議,供為參考。
This study aims to explore the status and relationships among elementary school principals’ invitational leadership, organizational identities and school effectiveness. The method adopted in this study are questionnaire survey. The data are collected through questionnaires from a sample of public elementary school teachers in New Taipei city, Taoyuan county, Hsinchu county, Taichung city, Yunlin county, Tainan city, Kaohsiung city, Hualien county in Taiwan. 720 questionnaires are delivered and 661 of them were valid. The response rate is 94.8%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. Generally, elementary school principals’ invitational leadership, organizational identities and school effectiveness were fine.
2. Different personal backgrounds of elementary teachers often influenced their attitudes about elementary school principals’ invitational leadership, organizational identities and school effectiveness.
3. Positive correlations among the relationships of elementary school principals’ invitational leadership, organizational identities and school effectiveness were formed and significant.  
4. It was significantly shown that elementary school principals’ invitational leadership and organizational identities can predict their school effectiveness.
5. The structural model construct by this research had good goodness-of-fit. Principals’ invitational leadership and organizational identities all had a significant direct effect on school effectiveness. Principals’ invitational leadership will indirectly affect school effectiveness through intervening variable of organizational identities.
