The focus in the study was on the exploration and analyzing of “relationship with Yin-Yang” of the value of Chinese Wushu teaching. “Morality”, “Breath”, “Combining Nature with Human into One”, “Tai-Chi Theory” and “Yin-Yang Theory” etc are the essential theories of traditional philosophy. “Yin-Yang Theory” is the most important part of them. It affects Wushu including its past, present and future. Therefore, the development of Yi-Yang is based on the dialectic thinking between tradition and science. It is not only one of Chinese traditional philosophy thought, but also a concept of philosophy of Chinese Wushu. It found out the basic logical form of Chinese Wushu, and the intension of physical education philosophy: contradiction, regulity, existence, cognition, practice and alienation. By analyzing the dialectic principle of physical education philosophy to the “relationship with Yin-Yang”, this study examines the value of Yin-Yang in Chinese Wushu teaching. We hope this study can provide the dialectic principle of philosophy for Wushu teaching, and benefit the legacy and development of Wushu. There are three purposes on this research: first confer the basic question of physical education philosophy; second, discuss the basic concept of “relationship with Yin-Yang”; and lastly, analyze the value of Chinese Wushu teaching form “relationship with Yin-Yang” through physical education philosophy. This research was generalized the values of Chinese Wushu teaching from “relationship with Yin-Yang”, that are duality, derivative and integration. These values contain copious dialectic thinking of philosophy. By the history and development of “Yin-Yang”, we can consider the contradiction as well as integration between traditional culture and modern requirement, and try to find out the values of Chinese Wushu teaching.
