教學回饋乃是影響教師教學表現的重要關鍵之一。本文首在說明360度回饋的相關概念,其次,闡述360度回饋在臺北美國學校教師評鑑應用的情形,再者,省思我國中小學教師評鑑的現況與缺失,據以提出我國中小學未來應用360度回饋於教師評鑑上的建議。
The purpose of this article is firstly to explain the concept of 360-degree feedback. Then, it analyzes the application of 360-degree feedback in Taipei American School. Finally, it provides some implications for construction and implementation of 360-degree feedback on teacher evaluation of elementary and secondary schools in Taiwan.
